I love this neon skirt but I don't wear it often because of how bold it is. Today I've paired it with a polka dot top to dress it up a bit more. I try to have my accessories match my skirt and you can find these bubble necklaces everywhere for usually under $10. This entire look is from my boutique I have currently put on hold, but you can find similar clothing items at Forever 21 and the boutiques I listed on Sunday's post.
